Yamuna Nandkishore Shukla College has been established by Madhuri Shukla Memorial Educational Trust (MSMET) in Vishnupur Titra of Hajipur headquarter of Vaishali District. The college has been set up with an aim of taking higher education to the rural areas . The institution has been affiliated by Education Department , Government of Bihar and B.R Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur .
